Meet The Miracon Team

At Miracon, our design, construction and customer service teams are committed to creating innovative, functional and award -winning communities for our buyers. Our team consists of talented professionals who have over 50 years of experience working in the residential construction industry. Miracon’s success is a result of the collaboration and innovation of our team and their commitment and enthusiasm to building quality homes and providing a memorable experience for each of our buyers.

Miracon team - Ryan

Ryan O’Shea MBA

Vice President

Ryan is the Vice President of Miracon and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Education, and Bachelor of Human Kinetics. Ryan has worked with Miracon since the companies first project (Prima) in South Surrey. Ryan is committed to ensuring Miracon builds and sustains a legacy that is anchored in creating exceptional quality homes and the most compelling customer service experience. In his free time, Ryan is a passionate Board member of the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation and President of Boxing BC. Ryan also serves as Co-Chair of the Homebuilders Association of Vancouver Government Relations Committee. On the weekend you’ll find Ryan hanging out with his wife and two sons, out on the golf course or refereeing boxing. He says three words to describe working at Miracon are: excellence, family, and legacy!

Miracon team - Ron

Ron Enns PMP

Director of Operations & Customer Care

Ron brings 13 years experience in construction and operations with a Masters in Project Management, Graduate Certificate in Project Management, and Diploma in Education. As Director of Operations & Customer Care, Ron’s experience coupled with his genuine care for the well-being of the team and homeowners, helps Miracon to deliver a high-quality product and the most exceptional customer service experience. On the weekend you’ll find Ron dirt biking and spending time with his family. He says the three words that best describe working at Miracon are: energy, laughter, and passion!

Miracon team - Marc

Marc Dubrelle

Site Superintendant

Marc brings 17 years experience in commercial and residential construction and has proudly worked for Miracon since the first project (Prima) in South Surrey. He has expertise in carpentry and a genuine care for the well-being of the team and new homeowners, contributing to the success of all Miracon projects. Marc is passionate about time with his family and fishing and says three words to describe working at Miracon are: dedication, passion, and leadership!

Miracon team - Dale

Dale Seward

Site Superindendant

Dale brings 15 years experience and accreditations in Construction Management, BC Building Code, and BuiltGreen to his role as Site Superintendent. He believes that loyalty and passion are the strongest traits one can carry – Dale shows these traits in every project he works on, taking pride in every step of the process. He says three words to describe working at Miracon are: fulfilling, gratifying, and passionate!

Murray Leiding

Project Manager

Murray is a Project Manager at Miracon, bringing 24 years experience and accreditations as a Certified Professional Project Manager, holds AScT designation and a Diploma in Civil Engineering. His expertise is focused on residential framing, civil design, land development, and commercial/residential construction, bringing pride and precision to every step of the project. In his spare time, he spends time with his family and coaches whatever sports his kids play! Murray believes the three words to describe working at Miracon are: comradery, enjoyable, and valued!

Miracon team - Milly

Milly Vega CPA CGA

Controller

Milly has CPA & CGA designations and five years of accounting experience in her role as Controller on the Miracon team. She began her accounting career in 2004 at PwC and gathered diverse industry experience along the way. On the weekend you will find Milly hiking with her family or relaxing by playing the guitar and singing. Milly lives by the motto “Live everyday as if it’s your last one.” She says 3 words to describe working at Miracon are: family, loyalty, and excellence!

Miracon team - Kelly

Kelly Pavicic

Project Coordinator

Kelly holds a BA from the University of British Columbia and carries more than 15 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Her interest in real estate development began with her first home purchase and she has since developed a passion for watching projects come to life and seeing them through from start to finish. Kelly’s sales, marketing and customer care skills give her the ability to deliver exceptional service on every front. In her role as Project Coordinator, Kelly oversees customer care processes during and after construction, schedules reporting variances and acts as liaison among sales, the customers and stakeholders. Kelly’s 3 words to describe working at Miracon are: balance, team, and commitment!

Miracon team - Andrew

Andrew Hargreaves

Excavation Manager

Andrew has 14 years of experience in the construction industry and over 25,000 hours operating large equipment in commercial and residential development and construction. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two little girls and has a passion for hunting and golf. Andrew joined the Miracon team to manage the excavation division for our development and construction projects in Langley – he feels the best three words to describe working at Miracon are: rewarding, competitive, and comical!
