Our team of homebuilding professionals have carefully planned the construction of your home. We want your experience to be memorable, and as stress-free as possible. At certain times during the construction process our Customer Care team will contact you to schedule a series of on-site construction and pre-occupancy walk-throughs.

Mid-Construction Walk-Through: Our Customer Care team will contact you to schedule an appointment for a mid-construction walk-through before the drywall is installed. Once the drywall and painting are complete, the Miracon Team will be able to set and communicate a firm possession date.

Pre-Occupancy Walk Through: We will again schedule an appointment with you, typically 10 days before completion. This final walk-through is very important for both the homebuyer and Miracon.

We will review the home’s features and functions with you and identify any issues needed to be completed before the final inspection.

Final Inspection: After the final inspection is passed, the home is ready for occupancy.One of Miracon’s sales representative will reach out to you to schedule a set day and time for key turnover and possession.

Move-in
Welcome to your new home! We know how exciting ‘Possession Day’ is, and how memorable it can be, as well. Miracon’s Service Representative will meet you at your home for the key handover and a final review to answer any outstanding questions.

30-days after possession you will receive a request to fill out an Avid Customer Satisfaction Survey by email. We would love to hear back from you on how we did and how we can improve. We always plan for a positive experience for you in this homebuying process and it’s very important to us to hear how it went from your perspective. Your satisfaction means the world to us!

Maintain
Warranty: All homes built by Miracon are covered by a 2-5-10 year home warranty, provided by WBI Home Warranty Ltd.

You will receive a package of information, but in general terms, this coverage includes:

  • 1 year defects in material and labour
  • 2 year defects in building systems, exterior cladding and building code
  • 5 year defects in building envelope
  • 10 year structural defects

WBI Home Warranty is made up of a group of well-respected, experienced warranty, insurance and construction professionals. Full coverage details are available through the WBI website.

Customer Care Scheduled Visits – Your will be notified by our Customer Service department at 60 days and at 11 months from the time you have moved in.
